Your Home, Treated Like Ours
Thirty Years in Louisville Living Rooms
There is a difference between a cleaning company that works in homes and one that understands them. FiberCare has spent three decades in the family homes of Louisville and the eastern suburbs — from Anchorage colonials with original hardwood to Middletown ranches with pets, kids and carpets that have seen everything.
Every residential job is carried out by IICRC-certified, fully insured technicians using eco-friendly, biodegradable products that are safe around children and pets. We quote honestly up front, arrive when we say we will, and back every job with our 100% satisfaction pledge — if you are not happy, we come back and re-clean free.
And when a home emergency strikes — a burst pipe at 2am, a basement taking on storm water — the same team responds 24/7 with truck-mounted extraction and drying equipment. One number covers it all.

Homeowner FAQs
Questions We Hear Every Week
How often should a home have carpets professionally cleaned?
Most Louisville homes benefit from professional carpet cleaning every 6–12 months. Homes with pets, children or allergy sufferers should lean toward every 6 months — carpets trap allergens, dander and soil that vacuuming cannot reach.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Every product we use in your home is eco-friendly, biodegradable and non-toxic — and never tested on animals. We leave no soil-attracting residue behind, so carpets stay cleaner longer and are safe for bare feet the same day.
Do you move furniture before cleaning?
We move standard furniture such as sofas, chairs and tables as part of the job, and we place protective tabs under legs to prevent staining while carpet dries. Very large or delicate items (pianos, antiques, electronics) we clean around carefully — just mention them when you book.
How long before we can walk on the carpets?
Carpets are typically dry within 6–12 hours depending on humidity, thickness and airflow. You can walk on them sooner with clean socks or shoe covers — we will leave you with drying tips before we go.
Can you handle a flooded basement or burst pipe at home?
Yes — that is our 24/7 emergency service. Call (502) 491-1242 any time, day or night. Mold can start within 24–48 hours of water damage, so fast professional extraction genuinely saves you money.
